• Operational Studio Data: Appointment logs, client directories, billing registers, service pricing, and staff commissions created by you.
• Technical & System Logs: IP addresses, browser types, session activity, and access timestamps for audit security.

2. Ownership & Protection of Tenant Data

Your Client Directory Belongs to You: Customer records, phone numbers, and appointment histories entered into your studio workspace remain strictly confidential to your tenant organization. MoovOn Services & Solutions does not sell, trade, or rent client contact lists to third-party advertisers or brokers.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process studio and technical data strictly for:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the cloud salon management system.
• Generating accurate GST tax receipts, point-of-sale bills, and staff payslips.
• Sending automated appointment reminders and WhatsApp alerts requested by your studio.
• Preventing security breaches, system abuse, and verifying authorized logins.

4. Enterprise Cloud Security Standards

We employ multi-layer security protections including 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption in transit, isolated tenant database boundaries, parameterized SQL querying, and daily automated encrypted cloud backups.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may integrate certified third-party service providers (such as official payment gateways, SMS telco aggregators, and Meta WhatsApp Cloud APIs) solely to execute authorized transactional communications on behalf of your studio.

6. Legal Jurisdiction & Grievance Redressal

Any dispute, claim, or privacy inquiry regarding this policy or data processing shall be governed exclusively by Indian law and subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
