Refund & Return Policy

1. Strict Non-Refundable Digital Services

GlamJi Beauty Management provides digital Cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Upon successful account provisioning, payment, or plan upgrade, digital workspace resources, database partitions, dedicated SMS/WhatsApp routing, and proprietary salon management tools are activated immediately. Consequently, no refunds, returns, chargebacks, or credit reversals are offered or entertained once a subscription order has been processed.

2. No Prorated Refunds for Early Discontinuation

If a subscriber decides to discontinue use of the platform, close their studio, or cancel their account prior to the expiration of the active billing period (whether monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual), no prorated refund, partial credit, or reimbursement shall be issued for unused days or remaining cycle duration. Access will remain active until the end of the paid cycle.

3. Market Price Adjustments & Retrospective Claims

As per platform terms, MoovOn Services & Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing based on technology or market fluctuations. In no event shall prior subscription charges or renewal rates entitle any subscriber to claim retrospective discounts, refunds, or differential compensation.

4. Free Trial & Self-Evaluation Period

To ensure subscribers make informed decisions, GlamJi offers an evaluation period and comprehensive feature demonstrations prior to paid commitments. Subscribers are expected to verify all features and compatibility during the initial trial before remitting subscription fees.

5. Sole Discretion of Brand Owner

Any rare exception, goodwill credit, or service duration extension is strictly at the sole, absolute, and unappealable discretion of MoovOn Services & Solutions. Granting an exception in one instance does not establish a right to future exceptions or waive any terms.

6. Prohibition of Unlawful Chargebacks

Subscribers expressly agree not to initiate unauthorized credit card or UPI chargebacks through banks or payment gateways without first contacting platform support. Any unlawful or unjustified chargeback will result in immediate termination of all tenant services, legal collection proceedings, and recovery of dispute fees, subject exclusively to the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
